we keep the number of customers on our servers very low to ensure the
highest possible performance. We also provide our customers a seamless
upgrade path so that, as their website grows, we handle their upgrades
all the way from shared web hosting to a dedicated server, and
everything in between. In addition, we are continually upgrading our
hardware and software platforms to be among the best and most up to
date in the industry.
We know outsourcing
support can save a lot of money, and so does our competition, but we
understand that nothing is more frustrating for customers than dealing
with support technician that can't understand their problems or
communicate the solutions. Over the last ten years, we have grown a
great in-house team of dedicated staff members who are passionate about
helping people and who are experts on web hosting, and we will never
outsource our support.
